Sapulut recently underwent a meticulous evaluation conducted by SIRIM QAS International during the Stage 2 Audit for Malaysia Criteria and Indicators for Forest Plantation Management (MC&I FP) from October 22nd to 25th, 2019. Presently, we are dedicatedly rectifying identified gaps to align with the set standards.

In upholding our commitment to sustainable practices, Sapulut achieved certification under the Malaysian Criteria and Indicators for Sustainable Forest Management (MC&I SF) on June 11th, 2018. Following this, a detailed surveillance audit took place between April 8th and 12th, 2019. Identified gaps were promptly addressed and effectively resolved, ensuring compliance.

Furthermore, the extension of our MC&I Sustainable Forest Certification serves as a reaffirmation of Sapulut’s unwavering dedication. This renewal signifies our adherence to the rigorous criteria set by the certification body, reflecting our ongoing efforts toward sustainable forest management practices.

During the Stage 2 Audit for MC&I FP, Sapulut underwent an extensive evaluation encompassing forest management practices. This comprehensive evaluation process rigorously assessed our practices against industry benchmarks and environmental regulations. Consequently, we are actively addressing identified gaps to fortify our compliance further.
