For this leader, greatness lies in fostering unity, valuing every opinion, and creating an environment where every voice matters. “A leader must listen to all ideas and choose the best proposal for the team,” they shared.

One challenge that truly showcased their leadership was the Amazing Race task of carrying ‘toxic waste’ water—a mission that required exceptional teamwork, patience, and coordination. The leader brought the team together despite differences in character and background, proving that with the right approach, unity triumphs. “It takes a team to win,” the company core value reminded us, emphasizing the essence of collaboration. Their proudest accomplishment? Completing every task with perfection, driven by the belief that “Winning is great, but sticking together is greater.”

When the going got tough, this leader kept the team motivated with their philosophy: One voice, one agreement, one heart, one decision, one confidence. With such leadership, it’s no wonder their team thrived in every challenge.
